Ascribe is delighted to announce the acquisition of iClinix. This will enable the company to deliver better Renal & Oncology IT systems, and improve patient care.
Ascribe, the leading global healthcare IT Company, today announced that it has acquired the healthcare software and services business of the award winning iClinix Pty Ltd. Ascribe will continue to work with iClinix to develop and deliver their innovative clinically focused systems to Renal and Oncology departments which are installed across Australia.
In addition, the iClinix ‘Clinical Hand Over Task Management System' software, recipient of an innovation award, is seen as having enormous potential in the critical ‘hand over period' following surgery. The hand over period has been identified by the World Health Organisation as a top priority for improving patient safety.
The two companies' software and knowledge in clinical information systems, will be enhanced by their collaboration and is planned to deliver significant benefits to clinicians by delivering more accurate and pertinent information and thereby provide more fully informed patient care.
