Our systems supports the Care Programme Approach by maintaining a client record which covers the Service User involvement with the Service from first contact through the whole care management cycle, including Initial Assessment, Full Assessment, Specialist Assessments, Review and Ward stays if appropriate, Mental Health act Management if appropriate, through to Discharge and on into care in either an intermediate or primary care setting.

The Care Management software ensures that a Trust/Board can use the specific National and locally designed Assessment and Review tools they prefer (HoNOS  etc) and build these forms into the system.

The complexities of the Mental Health Act are simplified by the automatic calculation of action dates and production of letters. Should an action be missed the system will alert the user until the action is cleared.

Individual problems, clinical background, crises notes, involvements and investigations are summarised in a clinical summary that can be used to record and track mental state, abilities etc. across a period of time.

Tailored research and assessment screens can be used to collect supplementary or clinical trial data against which graphical reports can be created.

National Reporting requirements and performance Management outputs are also provided as an integral part of the system.
