Ascribe JCC - Mental Health & Community Care

Ascribe JCC is a client centric system, designed specifically by clinicians in an integrated care environment for the continuity of care across multiple sites and multiple types of service.

Ascribe JCC enables the provision of high quality care by enabling multiple providers to better integrate patient information, improving individual interactions with patients, and assessing overall care outcomes.

Secure Access
JCC enables flexible and secure access to consistent clinical information across multiple services and providers.

Clinical Responsiveness
The system provides timely information at the point of care in a consistent, care-based record using built-in tools such as care planning, and best practice guidelines through care pathways.

Integration & Interoperability
JCC incorporates Web services capabilities using industry standard protocols such as HL7, XML, SOAP, WSDL and ActiveX controls to provide easy integration to other systems regardless of their technology platform.
This means that care providers can seamlessly access information from an external system to obtain a full view of their client’s history.

Outcome Measurement
Organisations can aggregate and analyse information in a way that tracks overall trends to help the development of best practice and provide effective outcome measurement.

Information at Point of Care
Using technology such as the Internet, JCC can be deployed over a variety of networks to enable secure access to clinical information at the point of care to maintain the most up-to-date information and client records.

Comprehensive Reporting and Graphing
JCC provides a range of reporting capabilities including an integrated ad hoc reporting tool, ODBC extraction and over 150 standard reports.
The system seamlessly integrates Microsoft Excel and Word for the fast and easy generation of comprehensive graphs and user defined reports.

Strong Customer Base
Proven across Australia, New Zealand and the UK, the JCC solution is used by a diverse range of health providers, from Bolton, Salford and Trafford Mental Health NHS Trust and Central and North West London Mental Health NHS Trust - two of the larger mental health providers in the United Kingdom, to the Northern Territory’s Department of Health and Community Services in Australia with a 1000+ user implementation to enable integrated care.

THE SYSTEM - Ascribe JCC contains a suite of core functions for users within any service or program area including:

A comprehensive audit log on user access is also provided.

Assessments
A powerful user definable tool set for building questions, answers and rules based data collection. Newly released functionality includes integration with Microsoft Excel to provide increased report and graphing capabilities.
