Customer Satisfaction - 2010 update

UPDATE: The Ascribe Customer Survey - 2010 - April 26th to May 17th - Online data collection now concluded

Over the last two years, Ascribe has commissioned an independent company (
Survey Solutions) to survey our customers in the UK, Asia, Australia & New Zealand to determine how satisfied our customers are at the services and products provided by our company. The 2010 Customer Satisfaction survey was sent to all registered users of Ascribe systems and our agents are now preparing the data and analysing the results.

The key aims of these annual surveys is to gather accurate and detailed customer feedback on the products and services offered by Ascribe, to help understand those areas of product/service where we are performing well and where we need to focus greater effort. We will use the information gathered to inform & improve our delivery of services and systems.

Ascribe is committed to continuous development and improvement in our delivery of excellent customer service.

The majority of survey respondents came from users of our Emergency Care, Pharmacy, Electronic Patient Record and Mental Health & Community Care systems and users of our Secondar Clinical Care Systems (including Maternity & Endoscopy).

In our 2009 survey, Ascribe's users rated the following areas of the business highly:

  • The competence, professionalism & knowledge of Ascribe's Support Staff
  • The competency of Ascribe's Trainers (Many of whom are ex-NHS)
  • Ascribe's understanding of (the customer's) needs and requirements
  • The efficiency of the Ascribe systems in place at meeting current requirements
  • The ease of use and overall usability of Ascribe systems

Based on this information, Ascribe has put plans in place that are specifically focussed on improving our customer service.
