 Stephen CritchlowStephen Critchlow, Chief Executive Officer 

Stephen is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ascribe. A member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain, he received his B.Sc. from Manchester University in 1982 and worked for the NHS as a pharmacist post qualification rising to the position of Director of Pharmacy in 1987 for the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital and Prestwich Hospital.  He founded ASC Computer Software Ltd in 1989 and has managed the company through its flotation on AIM in December 2004, and return to private ownership in February 2009.

  
 Jeremy LeeJeremy Lee, Finance Director

Jeremy began his professional career as a Chartered Accountant for Coopers & Lybrand. In 1987 he was recruited by Campbell Soup Co Inc before joining Life Sciences International plc in 1992. He was appointed as Finance Director for the AIM-listed biotechnology group, Tepnel Life Sciences plc in 1998. In 2001 he was recruited by OFEX listed technology company, FeONIC plc and in July 2004 he joined Ascribe. Jeremy has considerable experience in acquisitions, public fund-raising activities and of managing early stage R&D companies.

Chris undertook his medical education in London before training and working as a GP. In 1994 he joined Independent British Healthcare later becoming operations director of their occupational health division. Chris then worked in Hong Kong for five years where he managed the medical support for the construction of the new airport and later the global medical arrangements for Cathay Pacific Airways. Chris was Head of Health Care Services at BUPA in the UK and later joined Hybrid-4 Ltd, a company that provides mobile technology solutions for patient data collection and communication in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.

David Ewing, Non-Executive Director 

David is joint head of ECI's Consumer and Leisure Team, he joined ECI in 2001 and is based in Manchester. He was, before the successful sales of the companies, a Director of M and M Direct Ltd, Laterooms.com and Think Money. David has a degree in aeronautical engineering and an MBA from Manchester Business School. He was previously business development manager at Rage Software, which he joined as a result of its acquisition of Digital Image Design.

Neville Davis, Non-Executive Director, Chairman

Neville Davis was formerly Chief Executive of Compel Group plc. He held this position for over 20 years, leading a private equity backed MBO of the business and growing revenue from £5m (30 employees) to £300m (1300 employees). The company listed on the London Stock Exchange Main Market and made 15 acquisitions. Neville is a Chartered Accountant, qualifying with Deloitte in London. He is currently also Chairman of GoIndustry DoveBid plc and Amor Group Ltd and a Non-Executive Director of Tikit Group plc.
