Ascribe recommends that you download these files to your local hard disk as some of the documents are quite large.
This can be done by right-clicking the hyperlinks below & selecting the menu option 'Save Target As...'

Select a suitable destination on your computer, and click on the Save button.

This will enable you to save the report you wish to read to your computer.
